Flexibility and stretch classes is for dancers ages 6 to adult. This class helps dancers increase their flexibility. Dancers will learn techniques that are vital to proper stretching. The instructor will lead exercises to target specific muscle groups. One of the main goals in the beginning level will be to master right leg, left leg, and middle splits. In the advanced level, after mastering these splits, dancers will work towards their over splits.
GIRLS & BOYS
Comfortable, warm clothing that allows for a lot of movement
Any footwear is fine. Most dancers wear socks or go barefoot.

Semi-Private Flexibility Lessons
Semi-private lessons work best for individuals wanting more one-on-one instruction but that are comfortable sharing lesson time with a few other students. Since the lesson is semi-private, these lessons are cheaper than individual lessons. Maximum of 4 students per hour. Note: you do not need to have a full group of 4 in order to schedule
$25 per person per hour
Individuals may schedule semi-private Flexibility lessons between these time slots:
1:30-2:30PM for adults
2:30-3:30PM for kids
