Relaxation class is for ages 14 to adult.  In relaxation class, students will lie in a relaxing position and focus their attention on being present and mindful.  Each class will go through a guided relaxation practice that draws from mindfulness and relaxation techniques and exercises.  The class helps children and adults relax, recharge, and think positively preparing them for the rest of their week.
