This workshop is perfect for beginning-advanced dancers, yogis, acrobats, and gymnasts looking to increase flexibility.
Learn how to safely stretch with proper technique. In this workshop you will learn and execute solo and partner stretches that will improve your shoulder, back, and hip range of motion. We will cover correct alignment of some beginning to advanced stretches and how to correctly practice at home.
$20 on the day of
$15 ahead of time
Something comfortable that allows for movement.
For example: yoga pants or leggings; leotard, sports bra, or fitted top; socks or dance shoes
Two yoga blocks (recommended but not required)
Yoga or pilates mat (recommended but not required)
Thera band or yoga strap (recommended but not required)
