Emmi Galfo opened Infinity Dance Academy in January 2012. Her vision is to provide dancers with the tools needed to succeed technically as well as artistically. Emmi Galfo has been teaching dance and acrobatics for 14 years. Emmi trained in Titusville and Orlando, Florida under the directions of Dawhone Perry and Mary Keegan. Along with rigorous ballet, pointe, contemporary, acrobatics, and jazz classroom training, she also competed 6 years and then choreographed for the award winning New Dimensions Dance Company. Along with dance and acrobatics, Emmi also competed up to Level 8 in USA Gymnastics at Titusville Ballet and Jazz Center in Florida and is now an Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility certified instructor. Emmi has a Bachelors of science from Oral Roberts University in Mathematics and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Emmi continues to travel all over the United States and Canada training, choreographing, and teaching the next generation of gymnasts, acrobats, and dancers. Over the past 12 years, Emmi has won numerous choreography and teacher awards at national competitions and continues to direct and choreograph for Infinity Dance Company.


teki stewart infinity dance hip hop teacher choreographer tulsa ok TeKi Stewart was born in Dallas, Texas and later moved to Oklahoma where she received her Bachelors in Science and Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.  Growing up in a musical family, TeKi became interested in music and dance.   She trained in ballet, jazz, and hip-hop at Tulsa Ballet and danced for the Memorial varsity pom squad.   Pulling from her culture and training, TeKi continues to create and teach her own style of hip-hop.   TeKi has taught dance at several Tulsa Public schools, dance studios, workshops, and conventions. She has danced in Los Angeles, Florida, New York, and Canada and trained with many choreographers including Brian Friedman, Sean Everisto, Tabitha & Napoleon, Luam, Wade Robinson, Lyle Beniga, Twitch, Tyce Diorio, and Mia Michaels.  She currently is creative director and choregrapher for Blush Crew & Organised Khaos, and a hip-hop teacher for Nspire Dance Convention.  TeKi is motivated to be a positive influence and to inspire youth to pursue dance rather than violence.   TeKi teaches beginning and advanced Hip-Hop at Infinity Dance Academy.


maddie melia tulsa dance instructor Maddie Melia has been training with Infinity for over seven years and was been a member of Infinity Dance Company for four years. She has had the opportunity to train with Dawhone Perry, Barbara Coffman, and various teachers at conventions. Recently, she trained in Los Angeles with multiple teachers. In 2015, Maddie participated in a show at the annual Halloween show at the Hard Rock Hotel. Last year, Maddie performed with CDE dance Company. Maddie has a passion for working with young children and also with students who have never set foot in a dance class before. By working at her church’s program for  six years,  Maddie gained significant experience working with children ages 4-5 years. Maddie has had the opportunity to teach at Union High School’s new after school dance program. She continues to train and is currently teaching Itsy-Bitsy program classes, Ballet, Adult Hip Hop, Leaps & Turns, and Contemporary.  She also directs Beginning competition team where she creates award-winning choreography.  Maddie’s goal in her classes is to help her students feel comfortable and safe in class. She creates a positive environment so the kids feel motivated to always do their best.


misty james infinity dance teacher Misty James fell in love with the art of dance at three years old, when she began training in ballet and tap. She began more intensive dance training under the watchful eyes of her instructors Faye Prator and Jayne Jeffers. She also trained in gymnastics at the Oklahoma School of Gymnastics. Because of Misty’s training and passion for teaching children, she has enjoyed a successful teaching career. Misty has been instructing ballet, tap, jazz, and acro since 2001. She has a special talent for teaching young children as well as dancers who have never stepped onto a dance floor. Over the last several years, Misty has been successful in operating her own dance program for preschool and elementary aged children in daycare and after school care centers. Misty is compassionate, nurturing and sensitive to giving your children the attention they deserve to become handsome and beautiful dancers.


Rachel Galfo attended New Dimensions Dance Company under the direction of Dawhone Perry for 10 years. Rachel has participated in several New Dimension’s productions including Something for Everyone and the Christmas Story. She was the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker Suite and has performed in numerous other shows and events including IADT’s Imagine Fashion Show at Hard Rock Hotel, Telemundo’s Miss Mundo Latina Pageant, Disney’s Candlelight Processional, and Central Florida Ballet’s 9/11 project. In 2010, Rachel trained intensively under Debbie Allen and has continued training in Orlando, Los Angeles, and Tulsa. While dancing with the Organized Khaos hip hop crew, Rachel performed in numerous videos, including Lecrae’s “The Fever”. In 2015, she made it through the So You Think You Can Dance auditions and participated in Vegas Week. Later, after receiving her B.S. in Mathematics from ORU, she co-produced the dance show It’s Worship through Christian Dance Entertainment and is looking forward to its 2018 tour.

In addition to teaching leaps & turns and contemporary at Infinity Dance Academy, Rachel also choreographs award winning pieces for the competitive dance company. She encourages each dancer to maintain technique while exploring their own unique styles of dancing.  She pushes her students to step out of their comfort zones and continue to improve their abilities. This year, Rachel is looking forward to teaching dance at INFINITY and at Tulsa public schools and seeing her students excel.


Daynelis Muñoz studied Classical Ballet in Cuba where she graduated as a Professional Classical Dancer and Ballet Instructor. She has been a company member of Cuban National Ballet, Mexico Ballet, and Tulsa Ballet. Daynelis has danced on stages around the world in Spain, France, Colombia, Mexico, and more. She has been a principal dancer in Swan Lake, Giselle, Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, Infra, Serenade, and Bayadera. Daynelis has danced in pieces of internationally renowned choreographers such as John Cranko, Edwaard Liang, Marcello Angelini, George Balanchine, Wayne McGregor, Ma Cong, and Alicia Alonso. She’s participated in different international ballet competitions including the Youth America Grand Prix. She’s also had the opportunity to be a judge at International Dance Meeting and Congresses of Spectacles dance competitions. Daynelis’ goal for her classes is to teach proper technique and inspire her students to reach their full potential as artists. She strongly believes that, “there are shortcuts to happiness and dancing is one of them”.

Kaylie James has received over eighteen years of dance training and competed as a member of Infinity Dance Company for three years. She is currently a junior at Oral Roberts University majoring in Communications and pursuing a minor in Dance Performance. She trains under distinguished dancers including Roman Jasinski, Allison Pringle, Hope Theodoras, and the Dance Department Director Christina Schneider. Because Kaylie’s mother taught dance throughout her childhood Kaylie gained a lot of experience assisting and teaching classes. Kaylie has participated in many Master Classes and has attended several conventions and intensives including Ballet Magnificat. In 2014, she participated in a supporting lead role in South Tulsa Children’s Ballet’s production of Sleeping Beauty. Kaylie enjoys seeing her students succeed and strives to create a comfortable and fun class environment while also pushing her dancers to achieve excellence in their technique.


nikki james tulsa Nikki James has been dancing since she was two years old. She has grown up in the world of dance and is heavily influenced by her mother, who is also a dance teacher. Nikki has competed with the Infinity Dance Company for three years and is trained in the styles of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and lyrical. Nikki also loves volunteering and working with children and making a difference. Nikki’s main goal for her classes is to help her students break out of their shells and express themselves through dance. Nikki promotes a comfortable and friendly class environment while using encouragement and positivity to motivate her dancers to do their very best.


Erin has been dancing since the age of seven. She was a member of Infinity Dance Company for four years, which gave her the opportunity to take classes from choreographers such as Brian Friedman and Tessandra Chavez . Her team scored many 1st overalls and judges choice awards.  Erin was awarded runner-up miss Revolution 2017 and runner-up Rainbow senior dancer of the year two years in a row.  She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology . Erin’s goal for her dance classes is to pass on her love and passion for dance.
