Stretch class is for dancers ages 6 to adult. This class helps dancers increase their flexibility. Dancers will learn techniques that are vital to proper stretching. The instructor will lead exercises to target specific muscle groups. One of the main goals in the beginning level will be to master right leg, left leg, and middle splits. In the advanced level, after mastering these splits, dancers will work towards their over splits.
Quick Registration Form
Comfortable, warm clothing that allows for a lot of movement. Any footwear is fine. Most dancers wear socks or go barefoot. Dancers should bring Thera Bands and a yoga mat.
